We are looking for someone who can connect delivery commitments with the realities of the workshop. You will turn priorities, resources and information into a practical production plan, shared with the people who deliver it.
01 / YOUR CONTRIBUTION
What you will do.
- Plan production over the short, medium and long term, giving General Management a clear view of deliveries, capacity and constraints.
- Coordinate assembly, wiring and testing teams, setting priorities, workloads and resource needs.
- Work with engineering, procurement and the warehouse to have documentation, materials and components ready when needed.
- Improve switchboard construction methods with engineering, reducing assembly and wiring time and complexity.
- Work with R&D and industrialisation on processes, equipment, standardisation and production efficiency.
02 / THE SKILLS THAT MATTER
What you bring.
- Experience in planning and managing project-based manufacturing.
- Technical knowledge of LV and/or MV switchboards.
- Experience leading shop-floor teams.
- Strong organisation, leadership and a focus on results.
- An engineering degree, for example in electrical engineering, is preferred.
